### Milo Sedarat – Technical Founder

Milo leads Stellar Talent’s technical development, with a focus on smart contracts, full-stack engineering, and overall blockchain infrastructure.\
He is proficient in Rust and Web3 integration, and is responsible for the architecture and deployment of the core escrow logic.

Milo is also the founder of [Cordillera LLC](https://cordillera.dev), a US-based software agency. He has built dozens of production-ready web and blockchain applications, and brings deep experience in cross-functional development, product design, and deployment.

### Markus Corredor – Business & Strategy Lead

Markus oversees operations, user research, and strategic planning for Stellar Talent.\
As Managing Partner at Cordillera, he has led business development and shaped acquisition strategies for clients across the US and abroad.

He is an Incoming 2025 Business Analyst at Capital One, and previously worked in corporate investment banking at Wells Fargo.
