# Kickstart Experience

When we joined the Stellar Kickstart Bootcamp, we didn’t have a refined product or clear direction.\
With support from mentors, we narrowed our scope to one high-impact MVP: a Soroban-powered escrow system that simplifies crypto payments for non-technical users.

Throughout the bootcamp, we:

* Identified a real problem in Web3 payments: lack of usable, trustless tools for non-developers
* Designed a clean UX to guide users through contract creation, acceptance, and release
* Finalized MVP architecture and user roles
* Mapped out a long-term roadmap beyond escrow, including team payments, fiat ramps, and a full freelance platform

The structure of Kickstart helped us turn early concepts into a focused, buildable product vision.
